A couple weekends ago my flatmate and I spent around 8 hours playing Paragon. The problem isn’t Fortnite, it’s Paragon. As someone with over 1000 hours in Dota, I am familiar with Moba structure. The other iconic anime that doesn’t seem to have much of an international following (at least in the West) is Chibimaruko-chan. The first 5-6 seasons of the anime are seriously some of the best slice of life/comedy anime ever written.

It was far from pretty, you even played as Ellie trying to keep Joel alive, so it gives you the all seeing player feel disheartened. You’d think the man would give you some truth after saving his life...but survival is not about honesty. Great stuff.

It’s a privilege to be a gamer since the 2600 days. I love gorgeous graphics as much as anyone, but I tend to be a little more forgiving for “sub par” visuals in a game.
