Isn’t this show being on Amazon an inherently hypocritical endeavor, given the nature of Ennis’s frustration with mega-corporations?

That looks like an SyFy network/Asylum knock off of The Expendables. Is the next slide Tara Reid with one of those 4 barrel rocket launchers (a la Commando) on her shoulder and a half-opened blouse?

I feel like 90% of Garth Ennis’ writing can be summarized by the fact he grew up in Northern Ireland during the Troubles and basically learned to laugh at explosions happening a block away

I’ve been a big fan of T-Bell for decades but after all the recent and seemingly never ending menu changes, I never thought it would come to this;

I have never had a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza. I am sure I have not missed anything.

I agree in general, however, that movie

I’m one of the few around here that will admit to liking both Brickleberry and Paradise PD, but the people associated with those shows don’t seem like a good fit for network television. Or this franchise. Or polite society.

After Chernobyl, I find it harder to dismiss a creative known for just crap. Why Chernobyl? Because before Craig Mazin wrote every episode of that series (and then immediately became the HBO golden boy), Mazin’s credits were purely crap like Superhero Movie, Scary Movie 4 and Hangover 3.

I want to believe... that this will get shelved. (or at least be ballsy enough to do a shot by shot remake of “Home”, but with high-larious zingers)

Oh boy, what will be the name of the fat boss with the walrus mustache and what sort of animal will be the talking drugged up mascot?  I look forward to one season or six episodes from now!

I remember when people getting their news from The Daily Show was new and weird to me. Now it just seems normal that people like my parents should be getting news that I heard about weeks ago from John Oliver on premium pay TV.

That’s nice. His supporters don’t care.

I agree that it’s a great tribute to Cohen, but as basically a funeral dirge for the election with McKinnon in full HRC costume, it is laughable, and not in a good way. But to each their own I suppose, if you find it powerful, that’s good for you.

Say what you like about Zack Snyder’s use of the song in Watchmen; he at least got that part right”

Did he though?

I am so fucking tired of this song and would be happy to never hear any version of it again.

Donald Trump sucks and it was shocking when he was elected president. That being said, I have always thought that Kate McKinnon dressing up as Clinton and singing Leonard Cohen to open SNL was cheesy, melodramatic, and tonally muddled.

I blame it all on Jeff Buckley, because skull-fucking his old man wasn't enough he had to fuck Leonard as well.

The McKinnon version is quite possibly the most cringeworthy musical performance I’ve ever seen

Just added it to my “fuck this country” playlist that I blast outside on my deck to piss off my racist, jingoistic Trump loving neighbors.
