Could not agree more. We can move past the time when womens’ entire identities were wrapped up in their role as someone’s wife.

Honestly, I feel like “Mrs.” should be dropped out of language altogether. Ms. & Mr., both of which do not denote martial status. Also Mx. for non gender conforming, if you like.

I go to school here - we haven’t gotten any more information since the email from the president last night. The dining halls are delivering food to the dorms (with a police escort) and we have been encouraged to stay inside. Our finals week isn’t until next week and most papers/big assignments aren’t due until then,

We’re not talking about muggings, or small-scale shootings that happen off campus and don’t target members of the University community. Do not blame this shit on the systematically disenfranchised and desperate people who live in surrounding South Side neighborhoods.

Right. I live there and Hyde Park is a very nice, quiet, and diverse neighborhood. I have never felt unsafe. I would have gone crazy living in Chicago if I did not find Hyde Park.

Gang violence doesn’t touch the campus community except extremely, exceptionally rarely. Not to mention that gang members are not the type to shoot up a school.

Can we not shoot each other (or threaten to do so) for a bit? I think we’ve hit the quota for this year, and overgrown infants with access to lethal instruments should take a break for a month or so.

It’s hideous.

I heart PPP:

And the fact the center “love story” of the show is not Jessica and Luke. but Jessica and Trish is beyond awesome.

This is the best written show i have seen in years. There are level of meanings buried deep into it that i am still discovering. And the fact the center “love story” of the show is not Jessica and Luke. but Jessica and Trish is beyond awesome.

I’m going to miss you most of all! How will I know if I should love or hate the products in my beauty boxes?! Honestly, sometimes I wait to try them until I read your column. Is that weird? I don’t care. <3 you!

Brandi - I loved your posts, and am really sad you won’t be here anymore. Like a lot of the writers on Millihelen, you were so great with the readers and commenters, and you showed so much respect for people. I wish you a lot of luck, and hope to be able to read you somewhere else.

Aw, dang—I didn’t know you got divorced. I’m so sorry!

This breaks my heart. I have had many people ask about my column. I will keep writing it! I am trying to find a site to publish my column, but, if I have to make my own site, I will. To keep tabs on my reviews, follow me on Twitter (brandikirch), Instagram (brandikirchgessner), or Facebook (Brandi Morgan

Jane, you kick ass, and Millihelen has been wonderful, and I will miss reading about your face and vagina here.

This was my absolute favorite part of Jezebel. You were a kind and considerate poster and took the time to comment back to us. I appreciated every interaction we had and every interaction I saw you have with others. You fostered a massive addiction to beauty boxes in me and I cannot quit it. I am beyond pissed that

Losing Millihelen is the Deepest Cut of all.

This news is trash. This blog is not.
