I agree. My Nespresso Innisia, the one pictured in this article, forces 200 degree water through a compressed pod of finely ground coffe at a pressure of 19 bar. I’ll ask again, how is that not espresso? (We’re not talking about the VerturoLine machines which use spinning centrifuge action for extraction)
