I missed the transition and lost my old account. No great loss; I didn’t post that often but was a long-time reader from back in the days when ZMF did his thing. I remember the Jez comments before they instated the grey-ing. It’s a better system with the filtering in place, but would benefit from more oversight.

I think it’s because the AV Club account liked one of my posts. I’ve posted on Splinter and Jez for some time but am on AVC more lately for the first time since it switched from disqus to kinja. Not sure how long it lasts. I’m still grey on those other sites.
