made Mads Mikkelsen’s career in Hollywood
Yeah, he was the main reason I decided to watch the show as I wasn’t really a Hannibal/Silence of the Lambs fan... I LOVE me some Mads.
“Nearly unknown”? He was the bad guy in Casino Royale. Maybe that didn’t make him a household name, but I’d argue he still isn’t outside of cinephiles and genre nerds.
“Sorry, i’m more annoyed by this article, than knowing that John Kricfalusi’s was creepy.”
Ah yes that original character “The Batman who Judge Deaths Laughs”
She’s a woman who had the audacity to star in a super hero movie that grossed over $1 billion. She must be stopped!
The full sentence was “the only big ones missing were Brie Larson and Kieran Culkin.” But I notice you ignored the second part and only focused on Brie’s name. Which tells me that you’re one of those people who have irrationally decided to hate on Brie Larson for, I don’t know, saying there needed to be more POC…
“I can imagine my comment will be censored”
When the US Government signs a treaty saying “this section of land is yours”, then violates it - that’s theft. And that is exactly what happened. History, it can be fun.
The ending was good and many people (probably the majority) said so. And most (not all, that’s true) of your questions have been answered in the show or are irrelevant and leads to endless other questions.
Meeeeh. After The Leftovers and Watchmen, I don’t think that’s in any way supportable.

You didnt like Watchmen?
I’m sure that person would have no problem with Satanist statues in public places just as a reminder that Satanists have existed throughout history.
I was already there at “Michael Bay.”
Just really stupid “high concept” thinking here. “Yeah, my grandpa and my wife’s brother died of COVID-related complications, but I guess fwooshy gasoline explosions and teen nymphets swaying to country rock ballads will take my mind off the tragedy.”
Doctor Sleep wasn't bad, and Revival is one of my favorite King novels, so I'm excited to see where it goes. The ending is critical.
Honestly? This is one of King’s least supernatural works...even less-so than the Mr. Mercedes trilogy. Really more sci-fi horror, than anything.
I enjoyed the hell out of Doctor Sleep. If I’m being honest, some of that is due to pretty low expectations, and being thoroughly surprised by how entertaining it was. It may have just been a very fortunate combination of an excellent cast and some occasionally beautiful and interesting cinematography. The wrong…
I actually enjoyed Doctor Sleep. The director’s cut was fun to watch. I would have to say it was a great unnecessary sequel. The director in my opinion did a real good job of just telling a story and found a creative way of fusing King’s novel version and Kubrick’s film of the Shining and yet not let it be the core of…
