Besides: we could cut military spending by even just 10%, spend that savings on fraud detection, and solve the entire “problem.”

Except that the percentage of “moochers” is low enough to make the conservative assertion laughable.

And cut the “defense” budget by at least one-third. We’d still have the most massive military on earth by far.
