The right-wing argument is that they knew the deal when they signed up and they could choose to pursue the job or not.

claim victory is the first step for everyone pushing a certain point in the campaign...they had that trope worked out before the first statement was made.

I am not old enough to remember a president who doesn’t whine about the media...Reagan? Carter? Everyone after Reagan has been a whiner.

not sure if you watched it...but they were all sorts of awful. I always hate ‘unfair’...because what the hell is fair. But there is no doubt they were bad and unprepared. They talked over themselves while the candidates were talking over each other. At times I thought 4 people were talking.
