This drives me insane. It isn't just teenagers working these jobs, it's people with families who are trying to support themselves and others. Wages for lower and middle class jobs have actually FALLEN if you compare them to the 70s. I don't understand how we can allow this.

As a teacher and a parent of a sweet, loving child with Down Syndrome, I can with out a doubt say that if your spouse is in possession of 1/10th of the revolting vitriol that you show towards children, people with disabilities, and parents, I feel very badly for her classes. You are an adult and you should be ashamed.

Bystander effect. All these people were seeing this and wondering “why is no one doing anything? Should I do something? But why is no one else doing anything?” I bet a bunch thought it must be on the level, because no one was doing anything, and just went about their day.

They don’t just walk the cheetahs at the San Diego zoo, each cheetah also has an emotional support dog buddy assigned to each one so they aren’t constantly stressed. Same with their wolves. It’s fucking adorable as hell.
