I never saw Big Foot in the forests of San Andreas, but definitely saw empty, slowly moving cars that would appear out of thin air in the middle of the forest. Creepy as hell.

I suspect that it has less to do with what the mod does and more to do with how the mod does it.  

Intended. We can make them as smooth as we want to, but decided to keep the framerate low to make it look more like the original Doom games!

What’s the issue? If what it does is made explicitly clear, it serves effectively the same purpose as a website blocker to help people break bad habits with playing time.

The player weapon animation had a lower framerate than the game world, but I saw lighting effects that made me wonder if that was a deliberate affectation.

Actually, I think you could make an argument that spreading demonstrably false public health information in the midst of a public health crisis is equivalent to yelling “fire” in a movie theater on a global scale.
