Paragon was a fun game, but it lacked a soul. There was no theme or lore that tied the characters and their battles together. A cool style and an entertaining gameplay are not enough in today’s market, you have to give your players a reason to be invested in the game’s universe. That is what I think ended killing the

Your comment made me laugh more than I’m willing to admit.

I think that’s on purpose. Since she’s the mermaid she’s supposed to look human, but also with “something” that clearly marks her as inhuman. I don’t know if it’s the actress or if there are prosthetics involved, but they’ve done a good job. There’s really something unsettling about her.

Take what I say with a pinch of salt, but I think she’s supposed to look human, but not “quite” human. More like something that’s camouflaging as a human. It’s kind of unsettling, and if that’s what they’re going for then bravo, mission accomplished.

There is no right or wrong answer here, it depends on the circumstances. Ideally, you go for the peaceful approach first, but if that doesn’t work then you have every right to fight back. Nobody will be able to say you didn’t try solving things peacefully first at least.

At this point, I’m starting to question if there’s any studio who’s not a secret toxic place to work.

I was also surprised at the reaction of the internet at this so-called revelation. The force was always supposed to be random or with an inscrutable choice process. I absolutely hate the idea that it could favor certain bloodlines. That’s elitist as fuck. One of the reasons I loved the classic vision of the force is

The thing is I understand what they’re trying to do. She’s the most inhuman looking character, but has the most humanity, while the other cyborgs will go the other way around. The problem is if people will be able to look past those eyes and see that, but I’m not optimistic. Even then as a fan of the manga I’m just

I...don’t know what to say. That alone is making me want to watch the old cartoon. Where the hell did they get the inspiration for those outfits?

OMG it’s even worse than I imagined...

On one hand, I can’t express how happy this makes me. Battle Angel Alita is one of my favorite mangas of all time. This is a dream come true. On the other hand, holy shit those eyes...The Uncanny valley has punched me in the face with the strength of a cyborg’s fist, raising the creepiness factor to dangerous levels.

I’ve long suspected that Doug Jones isn’t really human. I think his real self comes out in the movies, it’s the only place where nobody would suspect anything.

I think that the problem lies on modern audiences sensibilities. Blade Runner 2049 was way too long, which makes sense since noir stories tend to be a slow burn, but people nowadays are not used to that. Hell, I loved the movie and I still felt like it was too long. A shorter version would have been better. In any

I’m kind of disappointed that he’s still a baby. I was hoping they would have jumped into the future. Even then I’m excited and I only have one thing to say: It was about goddamn time.

You, sir, deserve so many more likes.

Wow, one one hand I’m happy to hear that. On the other, I’m concerned about Disney’s endless appetite. Next thing you know it has purchased California and turned it into a giant theme park under the rule of the mouse.

Isn’t that kind of the norm nowadays? I just don’t buy games on launch day anymore, they’re always half cooked.

You took the words right of my mouth.

It’s a shadowrun prequel and nobody will convince me of the contrary.

Same here, we have to take what we can get. Maybe with a bit of luck this turns into a decent tv series.
