You know, I didn’t even listen (watched with the volume down). I’m jsut amazed someone would take video of himself in such a coked out state and then post it to social media. But then again, he’s not the brightest spark.

Yep. It’s the medical equivalent of NYC/NYS being donor municipalities. We send more $$ to Washington than we get back.
