I would have fired/reprimanded the teacher for the wording and sending a foul mouthed rant from work email. If they would have used their personal info and accounts, then this would be free speech to me, but not from school account.

His father should do the same thing to him when he gets out. Call him, tell him you want to meet so he can forgive him.

Copyright laws are way to strong as it is. Because of companies like Disney and Nintendo, they can crush you under copyright for almost any mention of their character.
