The latest in the Boss Fight Books series, available tomorrow, is Kingdom Hearts II by veteran games writer Alexa…
It’s actually quite beautiful, but this feels wrong somehow.
This is Clan. Clan Destine. I created her for the expansion, leveled her to 60 and completed the game’s story using potions available in the game’s offline store for $25 each (one for experience level, one for story progress).
I was really hoping it wouldn’t be another Destiny/Warframe wannabe. Screw multiplayer co-op stuff. I want single player RPG’s. I want some Bioware in my Bioware games!

Sure wish they made a third game in this franchise. Shame it ended at only 2 which was a great follow up to the first (one of my personal favorite games of all time).
Yep, real shame there wasn’t a third.,
When you get a job you will have a better perspective. Also, no coffee was harmed in the making of this product, so you might also spend time on facts.
A vast increase in workload without an increase in either salary or help seems like valid thing to complain about. Will these people see a bonus? Will additional staff be hired to mitigate the rush? No? Then why should anyone expect them to be happy?
It’s not coffee. Also the baristas aren’t mad at customers, just the situation and some customers, like the ones who throw things at you when you tell them you’re out of supplies.
But why do we NEED games for kids? When I was 8 I got Zelda 2. I beat it at 9. Dumbing things down for kids is stupid. I mean duck man we had Kid Icarus, Contra, and Castlevania. And we beat them.

The president’s asinine tweets are the perfect cover as they are both sensational and largely inconsequential. Let’s give it a rest. Please? Our way of life, based on some of our…
No understanding or appreciation for the source material. Paint-by-numbers style uninspired script writing. Overly contrived, superfluous set pieces. Limited or barely workable acting, directing, so forth. Over-reliance of cheesy gimmicks.
I’m sorry, this is completely unrelated to your actual review, but this...
The grind/microtransaction ratio for this game and it’s base price is absurd. That’s my one complaint though. I’ve looked past it a bit since I’m in the middle of playing the story mode and am very much enjoying it.
Don’t forget the season pass, it has one of those too. 🙄😤
This, times a million. The trend towards semi-forced microtransactions in games you paid for is extremely obnoxious, even worse than horse armor DLC. That’s not new content, guys, it’s a fucking second paywall. When are the reviewers going to start penalizing games for this stunt?
I just can’t justify $60 for a game that beats you in the face with microtransactions and doesn’t have dedicated servers... what a shame.
Knights is the correct choice. I’m reassured Kotaku is a site I can continue to trust.
