Even if it’s fixable, that truck is totaled. Remember, Tesla uses their infamously unfixable "gigacastings". That means an impact like this has likely destroyed the entire front structure. Stick a fork in it, the truck is done. 

This is why I have zero interest in renting out my car, my house, my horse, or literally anything else I own. People will just destroy it all without a second thought.

Most insurance policies have a clause stating they will not pay out in the event the vehicle is used for a crime, and deliberately running someone off the road definitely sounds like a crime.  I wouldn’t be surprised if all the insurances involved refused to pay out.

Personally, the Ioniq 6 and Ioniq 5 aesthetics are a 1 and 3 out of 10, respectively. 

Still a firm believer that if you really do need a third row you should just get a minivan. It’s better in every way for everything you’re actually going to do in the vehicle.
