I normally don’t have this issue... my knees are normally bracing the seat. Not intentionally I just don’t have any where else to put them.

I would say in Fairfax County Area (I know its not a “city”) Clemyjontri park is pretty awesome it has equipment and space for a broad age range of kids (tots till just before tween). Its bright and well maintained. It has equipment for everyone including some of the swings that accommodate wheelchairs or other Read more

I’ve had issues with a handful of films (out of like 600+) I use plex for streaming live TV and DVR around the house as well it’s by no means perfect. I think Kodi is really solid as well. Just more care/feeding and tinkering to make work in my setup so its just edged out.

i think the biggest advantage it has is not being wired and then not requiring a neutral wire (old houses can really suck sometimes. Unless I missed something where it does tie into switch power somehow.

Neutral: Now that I have kids, safety ratings have become WAY more important than a lot of other factors.

I have to agree on just about every point raised. My buddy is on his 3rd pixel 3 for screen issues. First one half the screen was a different tone/warmth than the other, second had a band as wide as the power button that was just a different brightness. His third has thus far been consistent. Without researching, (so just a guess) I would wager they are still collecting data, just using it anonymously. Or at least some of this data is. I don’t think you can use the store without an account.

So I agree with this completely. We’ve used all of these methods. Cars, clay and tinker toys of various sorts. In the end though we have found that we honestly just prefer letting the wee little volcano(s) have the tablet. It’s easier to travel with and easier to “take away” features and functions on (for the older Read more

Oh I did not mean to imply you should not use cabs, just highlight that say unlike a city like Washington DC you don’t need a cab to get where you want to go. (As a tourist) without excessive walking. Read more

I think its regional and age of establishment. My wife and I love playing the baby trading game where I go to change the wee one and then... i’m returning and she’s now going to check the women’s room. (Our favorite is when NEITHER bathroom has one). Read more

I will vouch for Light dims, They can be unsightly though if you have shaped LED windows on white appliances. I think just about every single device in my entertainment system uses these, even those with dimming settings.

Actually I do, the service manager runs things to ground and I never have to really raise a stink to get something corrected. They don’t try and up sell me on a lot of useless things for basic maintenance or fear sell other items. Read more

I actually don’t hate my Kia dealer so either growing up in and around service lanes has made me numb to a lot of it or I’m just damn lucky i guess.

not until they are much bigger, small children can devistate a clean room in 10 minutes. They can focus on a basic cleaning chore for a brief window, but then it somehow becomes a game and leads to more mess (it’s grand fun honestly, but leaves the room no cleaner)

On paper i was totally about this idea... then it all comes crashing down when the responsible parent thing lands. However it was a damn fun read!

I’ve been using one of silicone microwave bowls for a few years now. We always pop the kernels dry and then dress after it’s come from the microwave. Normally with a bit of melted butter to get seasoning to “stick”. Lately we’ve been using berebere blends. The kids just seem to like the popcorn super plain.
