I’m a Rottie guy, myself. Very misunderstood pups as well. The reality is they’re big clowns that mostly want to cuddle with their people.

Yeah, it is a tiny lot but any time I’d call for a service and there wasn’t any space; they’d just ask to give ‘em a few days. Or if it was something easy, they’d bang it out real quick.

Back to Vegas. Had originally moved here when I was a kid and always loved the town but moved to LA for career back in 2007. Which, honestly, I never really liked that much and was always looking for a way out ... without sacrificing said career and/or income.

Not CRAZY early but early enough that I was able to put down ~40% (with a good chunk leftover) when the missus and I bought out current place.

The most depressing thing is the fact that there’re people who truly do believe shit like this.

I used to live nearby there and drove past it all the time. It’s in an area that’s right off Sunset Blvd (pretty major street) that quickly becomes largely residential.

I sold my 100 year old 1k sq/ft 2BR/2BA adobe with a shitty roof in the middle of South Central (all of a block from where Nipsey Hussle got shot) for $720k last year.

That’s kinda why I was planning to wait a couple years as I generally prefer going the CPO route. I haven’t bought a brand new car in probably 20 years.

I will never understand why when there’s an actual real world full of amazing beauty, culture and people that can be experienced for as much if not less than this stupid shit - one would instead choose to spend money on some made up, artificial crap that only serves to further enrich an already unbelievably rich…
