They were number 11. Obviously.
They were number 11. Obviously.
Yeah, as much as I think that they should be on the list, they did tour as the band as well. And indeed, they toured as The Folksman as well, sometimes at the same time!
I’m going to assume that the Tap was number 1, 2, and 3 in the original list, and then the editor said “We need comments and clicks, so remove them.”
I believe you have mispelled “firm, manly handshake”.
I love the nuance in the way that Daniel and Johnny’s relationship is handled on the show. Far better than in the movies. I honestly think this show won’t end in a fight, but with a hug.
This show has been a very pleasant surprise. Never thought I’d like Johnny this much. Zabka has been killing it.
The wait for season three of Cobra Kai has been killer. Season two debuted in early 2019, one year after the first,…
I’ve said it for years and I’ll say it again: give Genndy Tartakovsky a Metroid cartoon. Clone Wars shows how good he is at sci-fi action, and Samurai Jack shows how good he is at sci-fi action with quiet protagonists.
I thought I had seen the whole show, but clearly I missed the part where Jack and Aku get it on.
PLOT: ATLA. Korra was never allowed to have an overarching narrative
There is no war in Ba Sing Se.
Why is a war needed? Both are great shows.
Can we all agree that Amon was a great villain?
As justification for hating her, someone once called Korra a Mary Sue. Anymore I assume it’s code for misogyny.
i think if we are having this debate (eh), the correct answer is avatar kyoshi
Kyoshi.
Eh, I think Aang’s a better protagonist, overall, but they’re both great characters. Aang has to become a hero after losing everything. Korra starts out a hero but then has to rebuild herself in the course of her journey. Aang was a better bender, but Korra’s got a killer instinct. Korra, IMO, has the same issue that…
Why would I choose either of these? It's Kyoshi all the way for me!
I like both.
I’m an Aang guy myself. Sometimes I feel like there’s a bit of revisionism going on with the Korra is the best talk. I wish the Ammon story had been fleshed out better though I would be really interested in discovering more of what the tensions between the benders and non-benders is like in that universe.
