Fun vid! That bodum grinder is a powerhouse, bought an extra at a thrift store so I can use one for spices. Jealous of Ryan’s setup, I’ve got a pair of chickadees slowly building a nest in a rotten fence post and would love to get shots. Stay safe and sane friendos.

Yesterday, NOFX released a music video for a new acoustic version of a song from almost 30 years ago called, “It’s Just the Flu.” I forgot the song existed, but ho-lee shit. It’s about how everyone thinks we’ll go out because of nuclear war and “Whoa, isn’t it nuts that a silly virus is actually what’s killing us?”

Well, IPolygon’s review of Doom Eternal and I guess I’m sold.

Doom Eternal, on the other hand, feels purposeful, like every team member had strived for one goal: to turn the magic of death-metal album covers into a video game. Friends, they did it.”

Yes please. So I need to hurry up and get through Doom 2016. Read more

Just finished up Kevin Hearne’s A Blight of Blackwings—it’s second in a series so far. Not only is the world incredibly detailed, the story progresses in a really unique manner. You have the regular POV of a character essentially narrating, but are introduced to other character through the use of a bard who can take Read more

All four of Dept. Heaven titles are so unique (some more than others). Wouldn’t definitely mind having Knights in the Nightmare on my Switch, let me tell you.

At a basic level the way the game originally stood it was just unfairly brutal on your time. Someone did a timer of how much downtime there was each time you had to run back to the first boss and it was something like 4.5 minutes of pure travel time each and every time you had to retry it, and that was with all the Read more

The only real TV show about video games development has to be from the point of view of the QA Testers. Are they even in this show? I doubt it.
