@tfskora: just like in our method of doing multiplication, you only use one digit. You carry the tens place over to the next row.

@Lodril: I would imagine you can draw a dotted line to represent the decimal place without adding any numbers. The sketch is crude, but kinda explains it.

@fluffywarthog1029: 1080p TVs are becoming the standard... 1080p broadcasts still have a way to go. As for a lack of 720p TVs, both Amazon and Best Buy advertise 30% of their HD TVs as 720p (414 and 100 models each, respectively)

I think this is a cool concept not quite ready for primetime. I really don't see the need to bash it so badly though. It's as if every pundit is saying that this is the only device you will be allowed to have.

Kudos to this guy for being able to pull this off, but I'm sure the majority of us coulkd never afford to take 9 months off. I shall live vicariously through him.

I know this about remote APPS, but why can't someone build a gamepad size USB or BT keyboard with built-in IR or RF universal remote. I'm currently juggling the universal remote , iPod Touch and now an SMK Ultra-Mini keyboard. I still haven't reached a verdict on the SMK, but at $60 (as apposed to $130 for the Dinovo…
