these made Granada’s seem luxury...you’re not wrong, not one bit.

I wouldn’t want this van even if it WERE priced correctly - which would be $4 grand - and I’m an old Deadhead who has built dozens of VW’s over the years. Hard CP/ND

that pig wouldn’t even be allowed on a BHPH lot - a grand tops and that’s being wayyyyy too generous.

why would anyone want this?  or want to fix this up?  or even strip it for parts?  junkyard dog.  ND at any price.

just because someone WILL pay that, doesn’t mean they SHOULD, or that it’s a NP, which it’s not. That’s a crappy old underpowered little pickup truck that gets crappy mileage, has an engine that’s a nightmare to do work on, bogs down with the A/C on, and has crap for payload. 2500 is a NP.  At $3800 it better have a

nah, that truck in this article is overpriced.  yours is correctly priced.

being now in my 50's, I can honestly say, I used to say that too....I hope you do....I don’t, sadly.....it just got harder, and I’m getting lazier. Am finding the key to joy is my new mantra  - “less shit, and better of it”

correct take, well laid out post - props wuzilla.  NP

meh....nah.  CP

It’s an old Audi.  that’s enough for #HARDPASS

not looking to be the 4th owner of an overpriced high mileage OPP.  Hard pass....leave this one to the Buy-Here-Pay-Here crowd.

getting 2 birds stoned at once, Randy.

that’s exactly like discovering your new girlfriend has fake boobs....total let down.

Hard no dice - when there’s still good P71 Panther cop car dealios laying around at the same cash, this pig’s a pig’s pig at any price.

This is more worth 9500 than the F150 last week was worth 15K. He’ll get that money out of it though. NP - these junkers are cult-money to the right person - probably the only reason it’s still for sale is Covid-fright.

that’s not Oxford White, Rob. It’s White Sand Metallic Tri-coat - which is most beautiful in the sun.

here’s what happened here - dude really enjoyed this truck a while - tried to trade it, and the dealer offered about what dude spent on that blower and/or the rims and rubberbands - he’s got it listed privately trying to do better. That truck can be bought for 8 grand in cash, and at that price, it’s a nice price.

You have absolutely no idea what these cars are worth. The E46 M3 market is strong.

This car is super fun and can be quite reliable if properly maintained. Blue on blue is dope. Old cars rule (you’re on “Jalopnik” remember?) 150k miles is lightly used for a 17 year-old car, but used enough that the hoses and wiring won’t be completely brittle and turn to dust when you fire it up. Enough mileage that

It’s a lovely blue, you old grump.
