Movie was great and the surprise of the summer for me. Great action, ridiculous sense of claustrophopia, and a whole lot of questions raised for you to mull over.

I haven't read the comic, but apparently the movie just borrowed the concept and turned it into it's own story so keep that in mind.

I do like io9's article

Fuck. Even more reason to play this game.

Good read Doc. Very good. Keep churning them out cause it's this kind of critical thinking of the medium that I love.

Pretty much. Last season Hulu got them a week after the original air date, which I was fine with, or they put them up on their site a day or two after the air date as well.

This season nothing. I checked Hulu and they only have the first three episodes on and even then it's mislabled as season 2. Their site had NO new

I play games for the social factor and because they are more interactive than just watching a movie. And yes, social. Just look at tournaments like EVO or The International or even cons like PAX and you see that gaming is very social both online and digitally.

Also, I read about games for a few different reasons:

Life Scout here. I was just my Eagle Scout Project and the essay away from making Eagle but I dropped it.

Why? Cause what you described is NOT what I got with my Scouts. My scouts were all about passing you as quickly and easily as possible. It was all about going through the motions and not really embracing what

I like to watch 3D but only cause I never really have and I like to let friends know if it's worth their time or not.

The new Transformers actually have a few shots that are very gorgeous in 3D but when the action hits you don't really notice it anymore. Godzilla also had OK 3D here and there. But movies like the

I do too. Your voice is one that is one that is informed and doesn't always follow the masses. Your write up on how Uncharted hurts gaming is one of my favorite pieces you have written and I think helps showcase your talents and views the best.

So keep on keepin on man.

What's up Doc? Good to see you get another piece on Kotaku!

It's sad that consoles have the "worst" sales but nonetheless it saves me money that way as well.

Best Buy is the best for buying games new for consoles since you get 20% off new titles with their sign up. No BS magazine and a couple coupons throughout the

Wasn't a driving test but it was on the Emissions Exam so I could get my OBD II certification:

Which one of these is NOT part of the Emissions check:

Catalytic Converter
O2 Sensor
FLUX CAPACITOR (I shit you not)
Gas Cap

Found Wish You Were Here last year or so and been on it every Thursday since. Every friend I've showed it to hasn't gotten past issue 1 of WYWH.

Oh /b.

First attempt. Photoshop skills rusty.

I seriously love this list.

This might work better than the current Kinja sadly enough. Or at least it couldn't be worse.

Today's Amazon Gold Box deal is features the highly rated Rubbermaid food storage system. You get 42 pieces for just $16, which is $10-$15 less than usual.

Memento Mori 2 (PC)

Me and a friend watched that in the store while we were open. The customers were not happy watching us cry with laughter.

Nailed it sir. This show had everything going for it and then that last episode really chose to subvert everything it built.

Well, no point in commenting people! Move it along!

Oh you sneaky bastard you! I've seen you trolling around on Kotaku and wondering where you were.

Now I know. And I knew that STALKER story seemed familiar.

As a side note I think EA capitalized on this idea with their Battlefield Moments ad campaign. Though your piece focuses more on single player experience more than
