Alas, XSoft had a portable spy/virus scanner that ran on the U3 system from Sandisk that they have discontinued. The thing was amazing. I would get panicked calls from friends, go over, pop in the thumb drive, run the scan FROM the thumb drive while bypassing the running system files and generally in about 15 Read more

Scandia and minimalist is one thing, this is just bleak. As a concept...OK. But, add some artwork, some warmth is sorely needed. I would HATE sitting in that place all day. (Not to mention the splinters, the smell of creosote from the pallets...)

I was trained in behavioral interviewing many moons ago. What many fail to realize is that these questions, requests for specific details are WELL thought out and based on the requirements of the position for which you are applying. We all balked at doing this, at answering and creating these matrix schemes for each Read more

living in high humidity of Virginia Beach, VA...I can say, do not waste your money or time.. Misting systems work ONLY in dry climates. Here, you just end up hot and soaked through. Been there, tried it.

I do this with a lemon, and baking soda instead of the salt. The soda is a milder abrasive than the salt, smaller particles. The foaming with the acid of the lemon also helps loosen the ground in soap on the bottom of the fiberglass tub. And a bag of lemons is dirt cheap. Read more

Paper towel and toilet paper holders are also wonderful for holding your cooking tongs in the drawer. They stay closed and can't spring open and jam the drawer.

Use plain old fashioned Pledge furniture polish to clean plastic lenses on your glasses with a soft cloth. The Pledge leaves them streak free, leaves an anti-static coating and will fill in fine micro scratches!
