And here I was looking forward to doing the nightfall today. Oh well ... back to the Witcher 3.
Commenters have done a nice job of summarizing why people enjoy services that stream people playing video games, but it seems that a lot of people seem to miss the point that this is just a joke. It takes the concept of watching others do things, and then takes it to an extreme. It's not supposed to be serious. I feel…
Wow, R.C. Pro-Am. That takes me back to my childhood. I loved that game. I’ll never forget the difficulty of Battletoads — that effin hover bike sequence, oh GAWWD — kids today have it so much easier (yeah, I ‘ll play the role of old grandpa, but it's true). It's too bad about Goldeneye, that really was one of the…
I'm not gonna lie. This is the first game I've seen so far that makes me want a next-gen system.
Some of her points certainly have merit. I don't see any harm in more games having more options for playing as a female character. I also agree that clothing or armor in video games shouldn't always be stereotypically sexy in an unrealistic way. Certainly outfits can be sexy and I don't think that in itself is a…
I ended up getting Dark Souls 2 from the Steam sale for $14 yesterday. I thought about buying Valkyria Chronicles as well, since that's on sale today but I already have it for PS3 - such a great game though. Just a heads up, the Nintendo e-store on Wii U is having a big sale on some Mega Man games right now. I bought…
I boughta a Wii U on Black Friday instead of an Xbone or PS4, primarily because of nostalgia for games like this and to have games that I can enjoy with the whole family. Very excited for this one.
I'm digging the retro vibe, and I like that they seem to be pushing some of the trademark Star Wars quirkiness with the rolling soccer ball Droid. The longsword-style lightsaber is a little weird, but I can dig it. I'm hoping for some bad guys hearkening back to the Darth Vader days and less over the top Darth Maul…
I'm in the same boat. Hopefully another deal will pop up on it.

Thanks, I bought the Wii U deal. I've struggled to get into either Xbone or PS4 this generation, as my computer seems to play most of the same games and with better graphics settings. But the Wii U? That's just some good 'Ol Nintendo nostalgic family goodness, and being a father, I feel like most of the games will be…

Sounds like the deal didn't last long. Hope you can get the next deal!
I've had this problem when ordering via credit card from them in the past (I think because of their store's physical location in another country) but PayPal usually works for me.
Quick update: GMG send me a code for the "flames of the Inquisition DLC" with the purchase. Didn't know I was getting that too, so all smiles here.
You had me at Dragon Age: Inquisition for $45 on PC. Thanks! I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger yesterday when it was at $51. Also got X-Men: Days of Future Past: $10, Why not?
Last generation I had both the PS3 and Xbox 360, and I enjoyed both for their exclusives. At the time, I probably played the Xbox more because I felt its social and online features were much better implemented. However, my PS3 became my go to BluRay player. This generation I just haven't been sure about either…
I have been really enjoying "two dots" a new puzzle game for iOS. I also think if you are into strategy and base building games on the go with great multiplayer and social features, it's hard not to mention clash of clans, castle clash and samurai siege, although the latter has become too much of a time suck for my…
I feel like Battlefield hasn't really changed since 3. I signed up for the beta, but this footage looks exactly like Battlefield 4: noises, gameplay and all.
I'll admit, I bought it during the Steam sale. Glad it's helping the devs out.
You can actually buy Battlefield 4 for PC right now for $20 through Origin. But to do so, you have to generate a McDonalds discount code. I did it and it worked like a charm. Battlefield 4 for $20 is a total steal.
