Mission Impossible: Using MoviePass for Mission Impossible

Just spent a week on the lake. Used spray sunscreen every day on my body and a stick-style on my face.

The article was good advice, especially around getting a mortgage. But, I feel it missed the heart of the question: how much does the OTHER stuff cost?

Related: I have been using Overdrive’s audiobook app, Libby. My library card allows me to rent audio books for free with it. I still have my Audible subscription because some newer books aren’t available through the library. I also listen to a LOT of audiobooks.

I love my AirPods. But, on a plane I do not like using them. When on a plane, I prefer my cheap $25 Bluetooth ear buds that fit snugly in the ear canal and block all other sounds. The AirPods are great when you don’t mind some outside noise leaking through (like when running in a park for me).

My wife, two 5-year-olds, and I went a few months back. Download the app! It shows line times, lets you get more fast passes after you use yours up, lets you see the pictures that the on-site photography folks shoot, and much more.

I’ve had the same Kershaw as my daily pocket knife for about 10 years now. It’s the best knife I’ve ever had. About a year ago, I chipped the tip of the blade off. The blade broke due to my fault, so it cost me $10 to get a new one put on it. Mailed it in and got it back about 10 days later.

Brown’s for a good, basic, bar burger. Tough to beat when craving a greasy-spoon style burger.

The BEST tip about visiting Nashville: We have a very active reddit community. A few times a week, visitors post the “we are coming to Nashville. What should we do?” post. So much so, that we have good and up-to-date answers in our sidebar.

I have an apple watch, too. I just use the dial to turn up/down what I’m listening to. It works pretty good.

This is awesome news. I love buying codes instead of the physical copies or buying digital through Vudu/Amazon/iTunes.

I love mine and just bought my wife a pair. My only issue is they are not good for air travel. On a plane, I need something that blocks outside noise better so I’ll use a cheap pair of the Sound Peats that go in the ear canal. Those just don’t connect as well and I often have to try 2-3 times (turning them off, back

I don’t have a basement, but have always wondered about putting a large TV on the wall that displays a camera mounted outside. This way, the TV looks like a window. I’m sure someone has done this before.

This is a timely, for me, article. I’m doing more freelance work and have been looking for good invoicing software, so I’m hoping someone can comment and give me some suggestions.

I bought a used Kindle for about $30. I signed up for Overdrive which is what a lot of libraries use for online lending of e-books. I can check out books for two weeks that I can read on my Kindle. They also have audiobooks.

I guess “attaboy.” But, this was 10 months ago, so I can’t remember 100%!

My sister traded her 2002 Highlander yesterday. It served her well.

I’ve been drinking Elijah Craig small batch a lot lately. Very good for around $50 - $60.
