I’ve dealt with disordered eating long enough that there’s a lot of stuff that gets my back up. And I’m at a point where every time some person or group or company talks about “wellness”, it just ends up sounding like a scam to me. A scam designed to prey on women’s fears and insecurities.

Her uncle contacted the local police and county sheriff’s offices, which launched an investigation but closed it after two months”

Justin Bieber is maybe worth $250 million, according to TMZ!

Victimless pranks like this are the best kind of prank. Unlike that dude rubbing fruit on his ass in a grocery store for a YouTube prank.

Actually, based on his podcast, I would say he probably wasn’t joking about being a sober guide. He talks about that all the time with his co-host/assistant Monica.

Agreed. Dude’s been sober for years, and, if I recall correctly, since before he and Kristen Bell were together. You should be at a point where you’re (usually) ok with your partner recreationally using drugs by the time you enter a relationship, from what I understand about sobriety.

It’s weird to me that the Kristen Bell headline is phrased so salaciously, like she “admits” to vaping weed around her sober husband. I feel like it’s intentionally trying to make it sound like she’s doing something hurtful to him, when in the text of the article it says Dax is totally fine with it and even told her

I’m such a sucker for weddings and proposals and in general anything to get my mind off the absolute fuckery of our current state of the world. This made me so happy I cried like a little baby.

Rich, you nailed it last night: if the director of the Oscars doesn’t know how to use a thank you speech to put life into an otherwise dull show, who would? (And really, was there a dry eye in the house? In the country? I don’t think so. )

I got about 3 episodes into this show and just couldn’t continue watching. Everything Megan describes here is accurate based on my limited viewing (“fluffy” is right). The campy 1950s nostalgia made me feel like I was watching a play at times and I guess that’s what Sherman-Palladino was going for? Not my thing but

GoT winning is the kind of lazy choice that the Emmys love to make. At least Matthew Rhys won but Kerri Russell not winning is a crime.

I agree, I would like to see Bojack recognized for its wonderful lunacy and truthiness.

As happy as I am for Matthew Rhys, this was really Elizabeth’s season. Russell did pretty much everything you could ask an actress to do, other than portray a member of the British royal family. I stopped caring about the Emmys quite a ways back, but it’s amazing how rarely they fail to disappoint me.

The Americans possibly best season losing once again to GOT worst season pretty much sums up how I feel about 2017 so far. Disheartened, and assured that there’s more bad shit to come.

I love seeing people who find love (possibly again?) later in life. I remember being told that it was basically over for you for love and romance (especially as a woman) after you reach “a certain age”. (By my mother, but let’s not digress into negativity...)

Keri Russell was robbed. There is no justice and nothing good in the world remains. “This wasn’t supposed to happen” INDEED!

Leslie Jones... perfect reaction...

wow they really robbed Atlanta huh? I guess it is the season for it

Good for Hader. He really should just be in everything.
