I’m thrilled with the TVA’s look & tech! But I don’t think it was wholly Kate’s idea, because much of it matches similar stuff seen in, say, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY & THOR: RAGNAROK. Even DOCTOR STRANGE film’s “magical” tech has a similar vibe. Again, I love it! Show me more!

At first I thought so too, but if you’re talking about Owen Wilson’s credit screen, it’s the little Apple-wheel thingy used to control the collars & transport around. However, though they are magical & not mech, I think the retro vibe of the TVA tech feels very similar to the Sling Rings.

I don’t know if it helps, but this is why I don’t default use same day or 1 day deliveries. If I can wait more than 2 days, I wait. Nope. This TV was much less interesting than the 1994 attempt, with its problems. Maybe the biggest problem remains that the story - ALL OF IT - still needs a better ending. The only bright spot this version was a better played Harold.
