This review leaves me with a lot of questions about this doc, first and foremost what the filmmakers’ angle is. Is this a criticism of hormonal birth control from a woo woo “natural womanhood” perspective? A criticism of pharmaceutical companies? Far right natalist ideology masquerading as feminism?

HBO Max schedules are all over the place. I remember they did drop all of Close Enough at once. But recently Peacemaker had 3 episodes in week 1, and then it was 1 ep weekly after that. Minx is 2 episodes weekly (and so was Hacks). Our Flag Means Death was 3, then 3, then 2, then 2...

What allegations? Their age difference was 2-3 years and it was consenting. More character assassinations from the AvClub commenters.

I really hope she’s seeing a therapist or psychologist or something because coming out of that conservatorship and suddenly having to take care of herself after all these years has to be jarring. Her posts as of late are a bit...odd?

eh, that’s a little harsh. She was a host of the oscars and a fellow stand up comedian. I think she has a dog in this. 

The casino boat I worked at briefly in college had to fire up the engines and move once per year to remain legally a boat. While this was a river boat and in a different state, it was still a boat who’s entire existing was a legal loophole. 

As much as I often complain about the tactics of the rich in avoiding and at times outright evading taxes with impunity I am completely with the boat owner here.
