Sorry, I like Mon-El. The writing has been borderline awful this season, but for in entirely different way than the CBS season. I don’t think the writer’s have a clue where they are going with any of the storylines until it’s 2/3's of the way done.

You got a different cut than what we watched, because our Ep 7 was fun, funny, and exciting with a terrific new crop of characters.

Also a big fan of Mon-El. I thought he was super charming and really liked how Supergirl inspired him to be a better person. I think the James plot didn’t work in season 2, but the idea that Kara inspired both James and Mon-El to do better and become heroes worked very well. I also really liked their romance. So there.

I will admit that Mon-El felt a bit obvious and forced... I mean he literally fell from space to be placed as the new BF.

I actually like Mon-El so I don’t mind him coming back at all. However, I will agree that all the romance did take away from the good stuff (AKA superhero activities, different alien races, and the Danver sisters). It wasn’t just Mon-El. They spent too much time on Alex’s relationship and occasionally Winn’s…

What’s this “we” garbage? Kindly stop pretending you speak for everyone who watches the show. You most certainly do not.

There’s no reason to be ashamed because you don’t feel the need to fall in with the opinion of the internet collective. Like Mon-El all you want and be proud of being able to make up your own mind.

Speak for yourself on Mon-El. The actor was always fun to watch, and the promise of the Legion possibly joining the show, is more than enough reason to bring him back. Jimmy is yesterday’s news. She’s moved on, so should you.

I want to see him in the classic costume just once:

I personally like Mon-El. I don’t think he takes anything away from Supergirl. It was nice she had someone that knew how it felt to be from another plant. I hope he does come back and they continue their relationship.

I don’t get the hate for Mon-El. Yeah, he was a douche to begin with, but his story arc was about him not only learning how not to be a douche, but also understanding why that douchy behaviour was not acceptable, and understanding the impact that it had on people. There are a lot of male characters on television who…

I post relevent, pithy, and starred comments on a daily basis. Still am not out of the greys. And I’ve emailed Bricken several times. Each time he says he did it, It works, and then a day later I’m back in the greys. No idea how that works, so I’ve given up.
