Sounds like you got a great deal! I picked up a 2014 new, with all the trimmings. It is definitely a nice car, but like you said, the value for luxury was not great. For the same $38K I spent, I could have gotten something MUCH nicer in a traditional car. That was a conscious choice.

Nice. The Accord is a solid option. I would totally miss the hatch though. The C-Max Energi has a hatch and is probably fine, but god damn is it ugly.

Nope, most polls showed the second choice of Johnson voters as Clinton. His platform was not crazy (even if he was himself). His platform was basically: Lower taxes, pro choice, pro LGBT rights (because it’s not the government’s business), pro marijuana legalization, anti-death penalty.

The electricity has to come from somewhere, and it’s often less-then-clean sources, like coal or nuclear.

I actually don’t like this... Sure, it make sense, but... MSPaint was amazingly useful BECAUSE it was old and terrible. So much fun was had with it because the bar was so low, and nobody expected anything actually good out of it. It was funny to make a 5 minute terrible MSPaint.

I would love to see the buildout of small, cheap(relative), passively safe reactors. Hell, even if we just keep storing and or burying waste, I STILL say it is the best option. I am super pro-nuclear. I absolutely believe that it would be our best option pretty much across the board, for many, many reasons.
