I mean 70-80 with the same amount of AA, if you drop all settings down to PS4 level you get a massive increase in framerate, you might not understand it but that extra AA, Tessellation and texture quality does make the game run a whole lot worse.

You use that word "optimize", I don't think you know what that word means.

You only need to drop down the AA to PS4 level and you'll get a 20 fps boost, so that's not a problem.

It runs great on my PC, so no, it's not about that at all.

PC has tessellation, better textures on some objects, better AA and no screen tearing, which suggests that the PS4 version runs at an unlocked framerate under 60.
