I enjoyed it too. It truly has a lot of faults, but Rachel McAdams and Colin Farrel’s performances carried it for me. They were very very good.

I love this movie. Seeing it as a kid is what launched my love of pulp era fiction. And such a fantastic soundtrack by Basil Poledouris.
