I did a very similar job for SurfControl for 3 years. Lots of ugly stuff in the world out there.

I live in a relatively small city, so I wouldn't expect doctor reviews to really pop up anywhere else except yelp. Of course I would check the Drs credentials on top of the reviews. I found my dentist on Yelp and she is very good.

Agreed. Fat has been a major source of the calories in our diet since the dawn of the Homo genus. Fruits, sugars, and grains were much more scarce and were never eaten in the quantities and concentrations that are in modern processed food.

I set mine to lock after 15 minutes. I usually check my phone more often then this if I'm busy doing interweb things. If I misplace it 15 minutes is usually a safe amount of time for it to lock before its infiltrated.
