How is this news? Nothing actually happened.

"I don't think the story is very confusing. The problem is that it's completely uninteresting"

They weren't saying anything important anyway. It could have been an entirely dialog free movie and it wouldn't have mattered, I think.

Kelly: *drinks 1 gallon of water, unzips pants*

We shouldn't judge what goes on between a man and several women he has brainwashed and holds locked up in a cult like fashion. How can Lady Gaga know who's REALLY telling the truth here?

Kraftwerk sues for copyright infringement.

Which ones were?

License to kill is my favorite Bond movie because it doesn't feel like a Bond movie at all.

Who?

Interesting points. I just enjoyed the movie for its plot, characters, action and visuals, with no thought to the veracity of events or setting. I agree it would have been good to take the opportunity to make the setting as true to the facts as possible.

Do you have the names of all these single screen movie theaters I can check out? I feel nostalgic and would love to go to one. Since I love 3D it would be great to go to one that only shows 3D versions of movies too if I can.

"But as actually historians have pointed out, he's completely ignorant of
Mayan culture and society. He also represents the arriving Europeans as
saviors for the Mayans rather than conquerors."

No, never seen that. Not even at the height of the 3D craze.

From a movie quality standpoint, as well as for its action, it would likely be "Apocalypto". Highly recommended - a movie like few others.

Why not just admit you were exaggerating instead of inventing a theater that only plays 3D movies?

It has 3% now. 1/31. But that positive is a 3/5 from Common Sense Media, which I didn't even know counted on the site since I thought they only advice for content. Turns out they apparently get to be in RT because the rating is taken from their "Is it any good?" section.

There's no way 31 AV Club readers already went to see this movie.

I knew this movie would be crap before I even knew it existed.

Yeah, the plot is just a way to connect the set pieces. I would still enjoy not having to wonder "why is Bond being attacked now?" All the time.

That might be. I have only had good experiences with 3D, even a movie that isn't great 3D usually have one or several scenes that take advantage of the format, so it's always better than 2D. I don't wear glasses though.
