Yeah, Awesome Gerard Butler is awesome. Good adaptation, but my opinion may be biased, since a love the actor, the comic, and the adaptation.

Since I am a weirdo, I have Watchmen's Extended-Super-Duper-Extra-Extended version with 
Tales of the Black Freighter interpolated, and also have the Director's cut. Both far beyond enjoyable than the theatrical release if you don't care about butt-numbing.
