Sabado Gigante is ending. I thought the news sucked already but then I heard that it's been on air for 53 years and it it LEGIT THE WORLD'S LONGEST TV VARIETY SHOW EVER. Apparently, Don Francisco, the host, will be retiring. There is so much history for a show that's been on since the early 60s.

What happened?

I hope I didn't jinx the operation. I don't think there's a big chance they'll go through with it anyways because of ethical implication of the whole situation. Or they will find out that the guy is way too unstable to perform this operation on and they can't get proper consent. It would be cool if they do succeed…
