Painfully unfunny. Typically when a comedy is one their final planned season they go all out. With this one the actors etc just seem to be going through the motions.

True because if Tina was a boy some of the comments and actions, such as sneaking in the girls locker room, in today's world would not go over as well. We are no longer living in the days of Porky's.

To be fair, any time a character from the show attempts a character defining change there is always something that brings them full circle in the end.

I used to watch Family Guy but quit a few years back when the show (Brian mostly) became overly sanctimonious and preachy in the political department.

At least the Bob's Burger's tagging episode wasn't desperate. pathetic, and lame as the Simpson's tagging episode. No need to bring in pseudo celebrities to fit your story line right?

I have to admit, I don't find Amy Schumer to be consistently funny. She will land a joke here and there but nothing to warrant this much play time. She is like a less crass version of Sarah Silvermann (although far less annoying).
Now if you want a female comedian that can actually make you laugh try Kathleen Madigan.

I loved this episode because it is Krusty at his finest. The song for the Canyonero gives me moment of nostalgia for when the Simpsons were still creative.

You have obviously never watched Friends, or any TV on before 4 PM for that matter.

    1. Who in their right mind fondles their girlfriend when her DAD is sitting right next to her on the couch?

Taco - "Oh Ellie, I'm sure what ever your father said he meant to say it behind your back".

I have tried watching Drunk History because I am a history buff and always find it fascinating how things came to be. With that said I just cannot get into this show, the "drunk" aspect of it is a bit over board and gets old quickly.

It was a natural balancing act. First Rick is callous towards Morty for being too soft, and then when he begins to realize that Morty can over step his own bounds easily enough he begins to slowly put him back in check without being too obvious. Even Rick doesn;t want Morty to end up like himself, as shown in season

I'm calling it, Unity finds out what happened, assimilates Earth to rid the aliens and breaks Rick out with the help of Morty and Summer

I really think the Harmon and Rolland may have thought they would only get one season so they put every bit of effort into the first, then when they were renewed they were faced with the task of maintaining such a high bar.
Season two was not as great as the first, but still pretty decent. After rewatching the episodes

Maybe an episode or two but not a whole season.

with meeseeks as companion combatants. But I agree witht he league because the credits have a scene with four or five of them that never popped up and one looked rugged like he had been captive a while.

Morty "Rick you can't say fuck you to your granddaughter"
Rick "I just did, and here's some dessert, fuck (belches) you"

no those are the little adult swim seque with the black screen and text during commercial breaks. Just fun little jokes they use.

That and with Gear Face betraying Rick I'm sure he gained a lot of enemies that run through Rick's circle.

There were more friends that they needed to get and I would wager the best and safest way to get them all was to have them all in the same place. A wedding is the kind of occasion most gather for and let their guard down.
