My money is on drunk driving. Asher seems just the type to be stupid in high school and drive drunk and maybe end up injuring somebody and using his family money/connections to buy his/her silence.

With the judge questioning where Analise got the audio from and Connor asking why he doesn't get paid for all the hacking he does, I had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach that this is some very scary foreshadowing to come. Please don't hurt Oliver show!!
