Good analysis. I like that.

They definitely wanted him to be someone she thought she could go to in the beginning. They may not have known ahead of time that they were going to make him more villainous, but there's something there about prisoners never really knowing who to trust. You never know people's ultimate motivations; it's every person…
Did we really know that he was a decent person though? I thought the implication was that we'd only seen one side of him. And he still was a bit sketch even from the beginning, saying some weird things about the women, if I recall.
And you should too.
Thanks for the rec! I added the original to my Netflix queue.
The second one's ending made me so sad though. :-(((
@tvoti: I promise to stop tweeting about the #Americans finale just in time to tweet endlessly about the greatness of the #Hannibal finale on Friday
I'd just do what Bryan Fuller wants, with Angela Bassett and whatever else he said. Caveat: I know very little about Star Trek.
The Kings know how the show is going to end, but I doubt that they've revealed it. Though that would make perfect sense. From politician's suffering wife to politician in her own right. Very full-circle and poetic.
Darn. I was hoping ths was a new interview. Oh well. I freaked out when she randomly showed up in the SNL digital short tonight. She has that effect on me.
The pattern the eel was making in that pool reminded me of a yin-yang, which seems appropriate.
For one, I'm not caught up with Teen Wolf, at least not right now. Hopefully someone gets it.
I'm completely caught up. Of course, I'm just a newbie at the bottom of the totem pole; I'm sure whomever does it will do a good job. Shows like that with a lot of intricate plotting and politics intimidate me, frankly, at this stage. It's a really great show, though, and the last several eps made me think a lot. I'd…
68,488. Go Galavant go!
Yeah…that's embarassinig.
Yup. I assume that the forced social media stuff was just for the trailer. But I don't know. It's hard to tell how good it will be long-term.
I liked parts of the Selfie trailer so I'm cautiously optimistic. It has an awful title, so it'll probably be great then canceled unceremoniously minutes later.
Who cares if it's good? We just need something to do. What if we moved over to those reviews and it ran a million years. What if.
We single-handedly kept Community on the air for 5 seasons. There's nothing we can't do!
Same. And I don't want it unless everyone is really inspired creatively to do more. I haven't gotten that indication yet.
