Those in the MOVE house found that out in 1985. See my other comment on this thread, you're exactly right.

Great point. I just watched on Netflix the other night "Let The Fire Burn" a riveting documentary on the murder of 11 by two firebombs dropped in 1985 from a helicopter by the Philadelphia Police Department that also completely destroyed 60 other homes in the same block that were not associated with the MOVE

...if you've got a pass, "You go to the park like you would go to hang out at the mall with your friends." This was the beginning of the insane overcrowding. Many of my pals, even from here in San Diego, locked right into passes when they first came out, were comparatively cheap, included both parks and had few, if

Spot on!! This is my go to argument as well. Go ahead, amass your pea shooters and your equally stupid pals and go for it. You will be annihilated and probably vaporized in the process.

I don't know man, probably not too hard. I saw her a couple of years ago in a small store in Santa Monica. She was just out casually shopping. She looked far, far, far worse than this pic and much older than her years. This would be a glamour shot by comparison. She pretty much peaked when she was at her speed freak

Back in the late 80's and early 90's I was an assistant high school track coach, both girls and boys. My personal approach was completely hands off. No celebratory hugs or anything of the sort, no rides home or any kind of "alone time" and absolutely no inappropriate conversations - ever. My reasoning was twofold.

My guess based on his actions is that he is a sociopath. He didn't have a psychotic break. He planned it, just like he planned all the other lame shit he did in the name of "art". He's a dick. Period.

Personally, I don't give an ounce of credence to being bipolar having anything to with this, at all. Far too premeditated, calculated and absolutely following a pattern of trying to be bleeding edge avant garde. To me, he's just a 35 year old loser art student with no respect for social boundaries. He knew exactly

yah, no worries! She kind of threw everyone off topic with her claim. I am sure that arrests are forthcoming, audio or no audio is clearly not a factor in such cases. It pretty much seemed from the article that they know exactly who placed the cameras. Creepy stuff, totally!!

As far as the woman finding hidden cameras in her apartment there is no question at all that is illegal and will result in arrest(s) and prosecution as it pretty much appears that they know exactly who it was. Audio or no audio that is irrelevant it is completely and totally against the law, for good reason.

a contrario, FantasticMrsFox never claimed anyone was inside of her home, or even outside of her home, if you read further down the thread. In fact, if you do indeed decide to read further down the the thread, you might come to the conclusion that the FantasticMrsFox might just be bat shit crazy. Sorry, don't know

I think what you are missing is this:

"I can't figure out how to edit, but when I say recording, I mean following me "home" from work every day with a video camera pointed at me until they got bored and I could go home for real."

It is legal, in all fifty states. Video recording and photography of anyone in a public place is legal. You have no expectation of privacy in such places. Exceptions exist for upskirt types of photos, harassment that endangers you, locker rooms in public facilities etc, but the law is very limited and specific as to

Um that would be stalking. Video and audio recording of people in public places is legal with the obvious exceptions of upskirts and pervy things like that.

It's not about video service, only tangentially. It is all about the broadband. He who controls the pipe pretty much owns the consumer, hands down, and the cable companies solidly own the pipe at this time and the foreseeable future. And that pipe is enormously profitable and will only get more profitable over time.

Down here in San Diego, if you hit up a public bathroom near the border, there are always signs that say "Please do not put toilet paper in the trash can". They are both in Spanish and in English.

Change it to National City, and you'll have it right. It's an entirely separate city from San Diego.

Just got my HTC One activated two days ago with Sprint. I got the one penny deal from Amazon and I'm totally in love with this phone! Super fast processor and an amazing improvement from my HTC Evo 4G. Love, love, love it!
