Yeah. I actually used to write a LOT of fanfiction so I don't really want to talk about it in great detail here. But now I just read my sweet Peeta and Katniss love stories.

It would have been awesome if she'd declined but no one would decline in that situation. They might feel really bad about it, but it's ultimately not their decision and they're getting the opportunity to go to the Olympics so they'll take it.

I remember watching Being Johnny Weir and he was like 'Oh look I got randomly selected for drug testing. AGAIN.' After seeing that show and hearing what people said about him I can understand why he decided to retire. The fans loved him but the federation just did not support him in any way.
