They’ve been having trouble getting the youngs to watch awards shows. Maybe having a prominent one up there was supposed to help?

Whenever I plan out my imaginary awards show evenings, my rule is always that I must wear something I don’t have to change out of in order to be comfortable and appropriate at the after-party. That is just entirely too much work to go eat tiny kale-based appetizers and have to talk to Dean Cain.

I do not understand Gaby Hoffman’s aesthetic AT ALL, like ANY of her outfits or styling, but she always seems happy so w/e. You do you, Gaby. I support your life journey.

“SVU” episode.

I hate how everyone’s focusing on Ruffalo deserving a nomination for “Spotlight” and not Schreiber, when Schreiber was so clearly the best acting performance in the movie. Everyone overlooked it because it was quiet and didn’t involve yelling with an eye twitch.

I want to see what happens when they sit. I don’t understand the mechanics of that. Does it just...poof out? If it’s taped on super tight to prevent that, doesn’t it tear? QUESTIONS.

She told Giuliana Rancic to go fuck herself not long ago so I think they invited her for the red carpet deliciousness.

“She can do better” is the official fashion recap for her. It’s happens every. single. time. You can afford custom couture, Melissa! Quit designing your own Wal-Mart shit and call in an Elie Saab, FFS.

This dress actually had me wondering if she got a boob job? She’s known for having really natural-looking breasts with a considerable slope, and this seems like a lot more than tape going on.

It looks like a lot of big publishers are participating in the group, so yeah, good point. I see Viking, Picador, Simon & Schuster, Riverhead, Scribner, Usborne, and St. Martin’s so far. They’ll be fighting to get their books considered.

On a serious note, though, #blacktwitter and intersectional feminist groups are kicking the shit out of this for being white women’s feminism, and with that first book choice and that list of people...it’s not like they’re wrong. (Also, Goodreads demographics, unless she plans on massively changing them.) It’s going

A clog of cats! Purrfect. :)

She’s not trying to make a living with it. It’s a fun little side project in between acting, producing, screenwriting, directing, and all the other things she does. She’s entitled to having some fun once in a while. This is like her version of an after-work softball league. Hey, why not.

There was a whiteboard in the “Parks & Rec” writers’ room where it was charted out how cool all of the cast, writers, and producers were on a scale of -100 to 100, and Rashida was the highest at 95.

Please do not do that. It is one of the problems. Companies like that are evil and I hate that they’re allowed to operate.

Is there a name for a group of sink cats? Maybe instead of a pride, it's a plumb[ing]?

While I understand your excitement, literally every relevant environmental and marine group in Florida thinks this is complete and dangerous bullshit. The drive to get them downgraded is being led by powerful development lobbyists, which I know you briefly noted, but I don’t think you realize how bad the situation is.

Well, I guess I’m just going to have to go back to not giving two shits about what Taya Kyle thinks.

Hurtful.

Thank you for helping me figure out how I wound up back in the greys! I didn’t realize writers could do that, but now it makes sense.
