2 love letters, 1 photograph, 1 pair of panties from a couple that were obviously very much in love. I could not identify them but I wanted to return their personal possessions. This was in an old Opel.
Now that we know what a youngster you are Doug, I have a new respect for you.
“Just a shell” That ‘shell” is the most important and valuable part of the car. I hate Hipsters.
That was funny.
Same year I found this.
Where do you find a steel beer can?
As I understand it, the Salt Flats are under BLM control. Those inept guardians of so much of the west are the scourge of the lands they supposedly oversee. No wonder many people refer to it as the “Bureau of Logging & Mining”. They seem more interested in pleasing private industry than safeguarding our natural areas.
I agree, sort of, with your statements. Having been a truck owner for more years than I care to count, I will say that it is a great vehicle to have. Useful in so many ways. I-70 west from Denver to to Grand Junction. Lots of curves, both tight and high speed and huge elevation changes. Especially fun where it follows the Colorado River. Easy 100+ mph sweepers.
Jeez, Brian. It’s gonna take several days to do all this stuff. I have to work this weekend.
Remember, always take your helmet with you.
