I had one of these as a kid, and I need another one. Waking up to the bugle noise every morning for the better part of a decade has conditioned me to be very, VERY desensitized to alarms. I have to have 2-3 go off each morning just to wake me up now.

I just realized that all of her pictures in the ACC are gone, too. It sucks to lose that gameplay mechanic, but man. What an effective gut punch from a storytelling perspective. A phantom pain, indeed.

I'm in the same boat and thoroughly enjoyed both, to the point where I'm considering giving 1989 a spin to see what all the fuss is about.

Yeah, I vastly preferred this delivery method for all the expository dialogue. Listening to tapes for an hour or so while developing weapons in the ACC is a nice way to decompress after beating the more difficult missions.

Hopefully it works for you! I was stressing about getting a PS4 to play this game, and figured I'd try Ground Zeroes as a cheap(er) trial run, since the system requirements are the same. Worked great for me, but YMMV.
