Officer would have to have reasonable suspicion (which is different from probable cause) to detain someone in the first place. Yelling “Fuck the Police” is not cause for reasonable suspicion. A judge who ruled that to be reasonable suspicion would be violating the constitution.

You’re saying that in a situation that will never happen in reality, the cop can arrest you without violating your rights after you say “Fuck the Police”, even going so far to say that a cop who does all of these unbelievably improbable things, in sequence, in what is clearly response to you saying “Fuck the Police”…
