Our current bronze plan is $450 a month, with an about $8,000 deductible. For 2019, it went to $515/month with a similar deductible.  When I had an employer health plan in 2014, my premium was a bit over $1,100 a month. I shudder to think what next year will bring if the ACA is killed by the courts and or congress.

Why not have both, a V-12 manual 850 CSi?

Sounds a lot like Hoopla. Free service through your local library. Free movies, TV, audio books, etc..

There are comments here about swapping a 5-speed stick into this car. I wonder, could you put in a more modern 4-speed auto? No need to install a third pedal, and fuel economy and performance would be much better. I mean, how hard could it be?

Same here. I can drive a stick, and did so for many, many years. However, now that I’m 50 years old, my left knee isn’t so inclined to push a clutch pedal a few hundred times a day like it used to. So, automatics for me, unfortunately.

Ah, forgot about the spare tire mount. I liked the split lift gate on our ‘00 CR-V. I’m 6'4" and I have to duck to get under most lift gates.

Thing is, the current CR-V are not that much bigger than the 1st generation. They just appear bigger due to the smaller windows and wider track. The latest CR-V has a 1 inch longer wheelbase, is 2" longer overall, 3" wider and, surprisingly, 3" lower. The new ones are, however, more than 500lbs heavier. No real

What happens if you push the big blue Dismiss button??

Just google “knickers the cow”.

I’m aware of that. I live less than 50 miles from there. However, they lost that facility when Ford decided to divest themselves from all their manufacturing partners. Now, Mazda needs such a facility for their products, and a former GM plant may make some sense. But, the odds Mazda would ever take over any idle

That’s not a completely insane idea. Mazda is getting its butt kicked due to the dollar/yen exchange rate. A stateside manufacturing plant would solve some of this problem. And, the plants are located in the Mid-West and Canada, where there is a good workforce who would need little training to get a plant up to speed.

All these comments stating “He sure is a big cow” are hurting my head.

It’s turned out exactly the way it was predicted, except the other party won.

Driving an older, high mileage truck cab be a bit of a thrill. Constantly paying attention to any new noise or smell coming from the engine and drive-train. I drove my family from Toledo to Newark Ohio, then to Lexington, KY. From there, to Morehead, KY. Then back to Newark, then to Wooster to drop off my daughter at

Right platform, wrong car.

I live in Marcy’s 9th district. I literally had to take a magnifying glass to see if I was still in her district after the map was redrawn. I was, as the line is one city block to the south of me. I live within the City of Toledo. Back in the 90's, Marcy represented all of Toledo and Lucas County, as well as parts of

I’ve had the heat shield on my Focus zip tied to the car for at least four years. That was one of the first “repairs” I did to the car.

You need a farm truck. Look what we have here. The very essence of farm trucky-ness. My uncle Bob, everyone should have an uncle Bob by the way, has been farming for over 60 years. He’s had Ford F-150s forever, and I remember him having one of these for a long, long time. Pick this up, and have instant cred with the

The late 90's Dodge Ram, especially the SS/T in blue with white stripes. Dodge brought back some style to pick-ups it was sorely lacking for a long time.
