My brother in-law had one of these back in the mid-1990's, a yellow SI model. I don’t remember if it had 4WS or not, but it was pretty quick for time, and looked awesome. If I was a younger man, who could get into and out of a lower sport coupe, I’d love to have one.

If you’re going to keep it forever, no reason not too. Depreciation on FCA products, other than Jeeps, is pretty steep, so buying used is also a good option. My wife had an ‘06 T & C and it could hold an insane amount of cargo with all the seats down. Other than minor wear & tear items, it was fairly reliable, too.

I wish you were testing this in the winter months, as I’d like to know if colder temps really adversely affect the range. But, since it’s high summer, what’s the range in stop and go traffic? I think a Bolt would make a good work car, but range anxiety would amp up if it’s less than 200 miles in city driving.
