Well, shit, it’s just down the road from my office, I’ll just swing by and pick it up. It’ll only take me a few days to deliver it. I need a vacation anyways.

I do not mind working on my Focus & ‘02 Explorer, and do like the sense of accomplishment when completing a repair. I did the front brakes on my Focus twice, with the 2nd time being a quick rotor replacement, as they had warped. Quick, easy and cheap, just the way I like it. However, I do not have the temperament for

Best trolling all day.

As has been said, this will, most likely, sell like hot cakes. It does, however, look a lot like a 2018 Jeep Compass, especially in the rear 3/4's of the car.

Ford didn’t have the balls to build this,

You’re confusing price and value. They are two different things.

Best part of the Vibe/Matrix? Rear hatch has a hinged window. The office manager for my employer has a Matrix, and never knew the rear glass opened until I showed it to her last year. I’d love that option for my Focus, but Ford was too cheap to copy this design.

Your top two pics have fixtures from the 1950's, at the latest, are quality pieces and should be kept if possible. The bottom may be from the 60's or 70's, going by that wild wall paper. The 70's decor loved pea soup green, burnt orange and and browns, really, really dark brown.

The Ford was less expensive than either the Prelude or Corrado, by a lot. The Probe handled better than the VW, and was as quick or quicker. The Talon was, by that time, needing a revamp (which it did get fairly soon), but was fairly crude, with pretty noticeable turbo lag, auto seat belts and worse MPG. The MX-6 had

Uh, what?

Mustang Notchback?? Yes, please..

I needed some of those cards 20 - 30 years ago, when I was constantly asked about my height, and I’m only 6'4". I have two cousins who are 2 - 4 inches taller than me, and are constantly asked about their height. My son is 6'2" at the moment, and is just turning 15 at the end of the month. I hope he stops growing at

As a very unskilled mechanical person, I’ve found that going to the pick & pull auto salvage yard is also a great way to practice a repair before attempting on your own car. I have to replace a broken door handle on my Focus, which isn’t that big of deal, but does require removing the door panel and a few odds & ends.

October would be much better than January. I hate wearing a heavy coat into the auto show, so I usually just wear a heavy sweater and hope to be able to park reasonably close, and not freeze on the way in. A few months earlier, and I can enjoy a nice walk in Detroit and see the beautiful fall colors.

I’m off to the salvage yard tomorrow to pick some parts for my Focus, looking for some brake parts, door handles and trim pieces. Other than the typical wrenches, hammer and screw drivers, anything you’d recommend on taking, just in case I need to pull something I’d never thought of??

Umm, Ok.

This is what I learned on. Slant six and four on the floor. If you can drive this, everything else is easy peasy.

OK,

Wouldn’t the parents be able to invoke their 5th Amendment right to not incriminate themselves? Far be it from me to cast doubt on the state prosecutor, but what would prevent him/her from bringing charges against the parents for aiding and abetting or something similar after a successful prosecution?
