I have to believe this was an invasion of this child’s privacy and he, or rather a legal guardian, could take some legal action. Posting an image of a child, seemingly wihtout consent, is at the least a craven abuse of power and potentially illegal.

Given that he was doing this in Honduras and working with a Catholic mission, I’m not sure who he’d be spreading the word to that wasn’t already in the tent. Honduras, and the rest of Central and South America is hugely Catholic already.
