Hate to tell you buddy, but they already can register. And for those directly affected, the apology does mean something.
I thought they were trying to get him to stand aside in favour of Troy McClure!
I will accept that apology, over drinks. Call me, JT!
I think the de-escalator is the woman who moved at the beginning. Headphones, longish white shirt.
I would also like to deeply apologise to everyone who has every been hit in the face with a custard or meringue pie. Although I have never personally hit anyone, I know that my deep and meaningful apology will be deeply appreciated in its sincerity and pointfullness by all of those who have suffered such indignity.
And keep pestering your reps about the issues you care all. the. damn. time. The swamp-drainers are.
Roy Moore and guys like this seem like the type of viewers who watched Braveheart and then, after the “prima nochte” scene, thought to themselves “time to get into politics”
You know, I agree with the gist of what you’re getting at. But everything you’re saying just feels like a set-up for me to tell you that the people of Alabama don’t give a shit about you and your Mercedes.
So, let me get this straight. You’re kinda ashamed that your current car was built in Alabama, and yet not ashamed that Mercedes gleefully produced luxury parade vehicles for Hitler?
I mean, alabama isn’t exactly what comes to mind for tourism in the first place. I’m pretty sure the only reason anyone goes there is to lose against their football team.
GO NAVY! THE ADMIRAL!!!!
Small point, but the diff is historical wrongs vs ongoing wrongs. Not wanting your current dollars to support something you disagree with.
“Manhattan, Oh I see” These are the words of a man who thinks 9/11 happened to someone pure like him, not those smelly elites from Manhattan, who wouldn’t know patriotism or goodness if it bit them in the ass.
I have a lot of relatives either in the military, or who have been in the military. They tend to be vastly more likely to be racists / bigots than the rest of my relatives who have never been in the military - same goes with the friends / pals of family members in the military. No idea why but it’s sickening to hear…
that’s impossible by definition. the bible contradictions make it impossible.
The volunteer army brings the best, but to assume the brightest are the best is silly. Having thinkers in the general ranks isn’t good as orders aren’t something you think about, but something you execute.
I mean, they are cenrtainly the biggest dipshits, but also certainly the best military service we have (re: competence of general service people, ie not special forces). It turns out that people who leave high school and pick the service that allows them the highest chance of killing someone aren’t the most stable.
they’re not trying to “emulate” anything. they just pick and choose whatever Bible verses sound like they support what they already believe. Listening to some of these people, you’d think the Bible was nothing more than three paragraphs from Leviticus and Deuteronomy.
